I often need to travel for business. Can I use it outside the United States?

Only suitable for 120v countries/regions, a transformer is required for normal use in other countries/regions, otherwise the garment steamer may be damaged.

Many garment steamers on the market take 30s to preheat. I am looking for a garment steamer that preheats faster.

Our looptop garment steamer only takes 15s to preheat and is equipped with a large 280ML water tank, which is enough for you to iron 2-3 pieces of clothing.
What should I do if my garment steamer is damaged or missing parts?

Our wa-rranty period is 12 months. If your product has any problems or damage, please e-mail us and we will s-e-n-d you a new replace-ment.

Is there anything I need to pay attention to when using the looptop steamer?

It is recommended to use distilled or purified water. Since there are many impurities in tap water, long-term use will cause scaling in the heating element and steam holes.
