How to fold it?

After mounting the TV, you should slide the TV up (back) to make it horizontal and then slide the TV forward to lock the hook.

Is it easy to install?

Will it work if the VESA mounting holes are near the bottom of the back of the TV?

Not in love with this mount by any means. The video shows a latching mechanism that is not present.. to fold the TV up you have to slide the TV onto a hook... So not very feasible unless you can easily reach the ceiling. The screw kit to mount the bracket to the back of the TV only included larger washers for the larger bolts... the smaller bolts that actually need washer have none, had to source those myself. The adjustable upper mount that the TV hangs on immediately stripped when tightening and had to back it up with a nut to keep it together. For the price it is barely adequate.

Il blocco è a scorrimento , con un semplice movimento il gancio ad uncino si sposta dal perno liberando il braccio e permettendo la regolazione. I giunti e tutte le viti di regolazione possono essere settate per aumentarne o diminuire la resistenza ai movimenti. Realizzato interamente in metallo , da specifiche sembrerebbe alluminio e acciaio e resiste ad un peso di circa 20kg. Utilizzato per il mio 55 pollici ma ho visto che ha gli agganci anche per televisori più piccoli.. il mio è abbastanza grande e pesante quindi per reggere il mio perfettamente ancorato al muro vorrà dire che quelli più piccoli li terrà abbondantemente bene! Facile da installare facendo i fori al muro con tasselli e viti ed il gioco è fatto. Si può anche regolare in base al proprio piacere.

J'utilise ce pied pour un plafond de camping-car et qui sert de fixation à mon téléviseur. défauts à mon goût :une fixation crochets lors du rangement un peu légère et il serait agréable d'avoir un blocage qui évite l'inclinaison du pied lorsque l'on roule.
