Problem is the drywall anchors that they want you to use and send with the accessory package or too long for the screws they provide in turn they do not work and with the smallest amount of pressure you can just pull out of the ceiling. Went to the hardware store and got better hardware and it was fine. Product overall is sturdy use caution if you try to use the included mounting hardware
