They sent new and it’s decent.
Product arrived box was in decent shape we bought this as new; when we took it out to try to see how comfy it was, the bed looked like it was dragged across an thrown down a cliff. Scuffed everywhere and certain folded area looks worn down. Waiting four exchange if the next one is similar we’re getting a different one.Update: new one sent was good it’s nice sturdy for us.
