I haven't tested the USB charger, but the lighter works well, the heat coil is a little small but that's not really a problem. It heats up red hot very quickly.
I'm not really sure how many uses it gets per charge since it lives in a vehicle at work, but from playing around with it when I got it, I'd say 5-ish cigarette lights.
I'll try to remember to update this after I've tested the USB port.
