Seller was fine (did his/her job!) ... Product was as expected (reasonable price for mid-value product). HOWEVER, customer support @ INVICTA is the absolute worst!!! Bought a band replacement and broke off one of the small screws in the watch hub, sent it in and been a NIGHTMARE since. Called the 800# several times to get status. Be prepared for at least a 20min hold experience, then only to get someone who is clueless on the line ...???WTH, how do they stay in business???... Have emailed customer service several times. IF (and thats a big if) they respond they give you conflicting information. Long story short item was sent to them in August and it is "projected to be returned in January 2015" ... SERIOUSLY!!! All for just a very simple repair of one screw. Bottomline: INVICTA customer service ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!!!!!!
