This kit being highly recommended on ToyotaNation. The Hella 500 Driving lights are quality units and the price was VERY good ($39.99) from DealMonger. I had a dealership mechanic install them for me. I also found and used the genuine Toyota fog light switch for the dashboard. Everthing works as it should and looks great. I couldn't be more pleased with the product, sales, and installation. I would purchase from DealMonger again. Everything was up to snuff IMHO. Thanks for the kit and speedy delivery.

These lights work very well. All parts are good quality. They are not high end off road lights so if thats what you are looking for check out the KC Daylighters. If you want a good set of lights that provide a good amount of light, for the money you cannot beat the Hella 500.

If you drive on dark roads these are an excellent safty item to install. The extra distance and brightness makes seeing much easier. Be sure to aim them carefully so as to get the most out of them. I connected them directly to my high beams using the relay supplied, and bolted them through the bumper on my f350 super duty. The wiring was fairly easy. To do a nice job figure an hour and a half or so.

I bought these lights to replace my old worn out hella 500 lights. The wiring it comes with is nothing like shown, it's more of just a bunch of thin 22 gauge wire you have to cut and add connectors and pins to install. I would recommend buying a universal wiring kit that already has all the connections and water proof jacketing and uses thicker wiring. Other than these small problems the lights work well if your driving down back roads at night time.
