Sturdy, contractor mounted to ceiling. Hubbie & I put the square back on w 4 legs. Realized now 4 legs not needed for my 39 lg TV. Square lined up w holes in back. It kept slipping off for too when we folded up. I finally realized the bar had to be straight when screwing in the pole hooks so it would tightly screw to not pop off when folding up. I have to use a step ladder to pull up and down. See the little piece of black bar in front, that's how it push & pull to lock & unlock. It's taking a bit of my female strength to push up& pull. Would of done 5 stars if it was smoother to fold away & down for view
