The good-This range looks fantastic and is built very well. It has 5 burners, the center one puts out a massive amount of heat, that same burner does a great job at simmering also. It’s very easy to clean and the finish is durable. The front 2 burners get very hot also, they’re 16k BTU each, that’s about the same as the high burners on an average range. I like the dials, the feel solid and there’s good control of the gas, the igniter also works very well. The Bad:The center burner the puts out the most heat is the ONLY burner that can also simmer. The rest of the burners do not get to what would be called low heat, dont even think about a simmer on them. If you want to cook a big pot of gumbo and make rice at the same time, it can’t be done on this range. But with a little planning this isn’t that big of an issue. The oven on the other hand is crap. It doesn’t hold a temp very well, and that’s if it stays lit thru the entire cook. If you want to start a cook at say 400 then turn it down to 300 for the remainder, it will not re-light on its own, you have to keep an eye on your temp at all times if you have something in the oven. Also, the broiler, it doesn’t get anywhere near what would be called broil temps, it’s simply week and useless.I gave this range 4 stars because I bought it for looks and hoping it would perform ok, it does both! I don't regret buying it at all, if you want the look and don’t mind a little compromising on your cooking flow, don’t hesitate buying this range! If you’re a heavy baker and need proper oven performance, I would pass on this model, I’m sure the electric version would be better suited.

Really happy with my new Forno Lazio Full Gas 30" range. I did research it well because of some negative reviews, but figured they were mainly because the range had not been correctly set up, especially after conversion to LPG which I needed to do. So I made sure I followed every step in the clear instructions as there's more involved in just swapping the jets. 2 air holes have to be reconfigured, an internal regulator set for LPG and each flame dial has to be adjusted to set the minimum flame hight. This stove is highly adjustable and I am delighted with how both the burners and oven now function. Customer service was really helpful and even shipped me the small screwdriver required to adjust minimum flame hight on each burner. Everything works great and I have not experienced the oven flame extinguishing when the door is closed. The oven heats up very quickly and is well insulated so retains heat. I could never go back to my old stove, totally worth spending the extra money on this Forno pro-style one.

Pros:
Great quality beautiful stove, with lots of stainless steel. Very heavy and well constructed.
Beautifully packaged for safe shipping, my unit had no damage.
Very hot oven, finally proper bakery style crusts on my loaves :-)
Very large hob area.
Excellent range of flame hight on each hob burner.
Barely anything electrical to fail!

Cons
Adjustment dials do get hot during use, this is not due to heat leakage from the door but conducted heat internally as everything is metal. It's still fine for me though.
If you reduce the oven temperature significantly while cooking you may have to relight the flame. Once you know it's not an issue.

I don't normally write long reviews, but felt it necessary this time as it seems to me Forno has received unfair criticism when in reality this Is a very good product. Just be willing to spend a little time to set it up correctly :-)

I'm very pleased with my stove. It was easy to install and works very well. The flames are easy to adjust. It comes with clear instructions. Also the people at the company seem to really care about their customers. The ship by date will probably be later than the one you are given upon purchase , but to be expected with an appliance.

Purchased last year, and problems from the start with the oven turning off both during preheat and baking, and also heating at least 25 degrees higher than the set tempterature. Repeated attempts to troubleshoot over the phone with Forno did not resolve the issues, so they suggested that the broiler flame must have not been set for natural gas at the factory (but the stove top works fine). They sent a small screwdriver to adjust the flame ourselves. Called them again and insisted that they send a tech to troubleshoot the problem. They confirmed it was still under manufacturer warranty and advised a local tech would give us a call to schedule. It took 4 weeks, multiple calls to Forno before obtaining the name and number of the tech and contacting them directly to to have them come out and adjust the flame, which they did. The problem persisted and we contacted the tech again to adjust it further. It was his determination that the thermostat was faulty and would request the part from Forno. Forno would not approve the replacement part. In our final converation with Forno, we were told there was nothing wrong with the thermostat, that the stove is operating as it should, and we just need to adjust our baking to accomodate the stove's ideosyncracies i.e. pressing the ignitor and holding it twice as long as the manual states, open and close the oven VERY slowly to keep from extinguiging the flame, and setting the desired temperature lower than the recipe calls for, all of which we said was unacceptable. This final call ended with our being told there is nothing more they are going do to resovle the problem and that if we want a refund, go through Amazon. Absolute worst service ever expereinced, and insulted by the total lack of professionalism. The factory warranty has since expired and fortunately, we purchased the extended warranty by Allstate. We are currently working with Amazon and Allstate to make it right, but Forno could care less... literally
