Glitching - See Edit.
This one is glitchingFreezing every 30 mins and then restartingThis was a replacement for a Roku I've had MANY years...Roku is a great product...I just think this one is glitching. Amazon is good about returns, so imma do that.Edit: best to plug device into its own dedicated outlet on power strip or in wall. I was plugging the USB into the TV's USB outlet and that's why it was glitching. Had to use an old charger from a previous phone, but it's now staying on and connected to the internet. Not crashing anymore.Amazon customer service was great. I'm returning the unopened replacement they sent and am using the original one I ordered. All done with a QR Code and a drop off to ups store. All good. Will buy again.
