I have used the iXpand drive for years on my iPhone that had the lightening connector. When I got a new iPhone with the C connector, I upgraded to the iXpand luxe drive, but the iPhone won't recognize the drive and now I have no easy way to get my pictures off my phone and onto my computer. I also cannot find anywhere that will help me with this problem, plus the iXpand tech support person is too hard to understand because his English is fractured. Not happy.
