I ordered this based on the high wattage, year warranty, and simplicity of design. It took me a while to realize that food wasn't cooking properly. After an hour in this oven, I would heat our big oven to finish the fries and get dinner on the table. I put off ordering an oven thermometer and I missed the 30-day return window. The product manufacturer doesn't care that it NEVER worked properly and wants me to pay the shipping costs both ways to get it fixed or replaced. So it's going to the dump. What a waste!!!
