C+ but still dramatically better than almost all other similar chairs out there. +incline handle fix
not perfect, but best. could be improved upon. not a top level serious heavy duty luxury office chair, but built better than others and i just can't find anything better. for some reason it's very difficult to find good chairs anymore, store or online. it's hard to find a chair that won't eventually wiggle loose and break for people over 200lbs even when rated up to 400lbs. they aren't sturdy enough for real modern day-long use, and not tested well i assume. i usually buy the strongest rated, widest-seat chair i can find so i can cross my legs, or have side space for a pillow or cat. even then a lot of them aren't made with lasting material, some have really bad angles and ergonomics, fake leather will flake and peel after a few years and gets messy, no head support, bad armrests. i've returned too many chairs not appreciate this one. assembling a bunch of chairs just to sit in it for 30 seconds and realize it's junk is a pain, then having to disassemble, re-package, and return-ship a huge package.this chair is so far standing up to my >1 year of >8 hours of daily abuse, and is one of the only ones that met my needs. i swear the cushions were a little unbalanced and i literally did minor upholstery to fix it because it was worth making this chair search finally end, but it might just be me sitting weird. also the recline handle on mine comes out after a few good wiggles and you'll fall back like inception, fixed with a magnet, see pic.summary: even with compromise and modifications, it's super hard to find any other good chair. not the best, but if you need head support, sturdiness, fabric, width, +200lbs, then this is a the best option. it wiggles and squeaks a bit, needed minor fixes, but i will probably buy again, as chairs made now days are all sub par. absolute best of the bunch by far though.

Chair claims that it is designed to hold up to 500 lbs but this isn't true. I'm a big guy but I'm not over the limit and it wasn't even a year before the pneumatic cylinder gave out and it wouldn't stay lifted. The lever that is intended to lock the back doesn't stay in the slot it's supposed to sit in so you have to work to try and get it back into the hole if you don't want it to tilt.
Finally, just a couple days over a year of owning it, I sat in the chair and it felt kind of wobbly and sit sort of lopsided. I got out of it and checked the underneath and saw that the metal plate that attached to seat and where the pneumatic attached had cracked pretty badly. Had I not checked and saw this then it would have broke at some point and probably injured me when it threw me out of it. As I said, I'm a big guy but not over the limit the chair claims to hold.
Overall, the chair felt comfortable however the durability of it is incredibly questionable at best. Save yourself some hassle and some money and don't buy this chair.
Does NOT hold the weight it claims to. Poor quality. Do not buy.

Do NOT buy this chair. First off when the chair arrived it was missing some parts for the arms. Had to use some screws from my old chair to put them on. Assembly was pretty difficult as well even with two people. The arms didn't want to fit correctly even with the screws being on lightly to give it more room to work with.Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2023

First impressions was that the packaging needs help. Item arrived damaged. Otherwise it seems ok but I’d expect better packaging at this price.
UPDATE the seller replied and made things right regarding the damage. Now that I’ve had the chair for a week I really do like it! I’m 5’10 215lbs. I can sit with a leg under me or both legs crossed or however I want - it’s so roomy and feels sturdy. I love the fabric rather than cheap “leather” it’s exactly what I wanted!
Update 2: almost 2 years in and the cushion is not as cushy. Craving a new chair but can’t justify it after only 2 years.
