I love these pellet buckets. I know they are pricey, but you get what you pay for! The buckets are sturdy, the metal insert is sturdy. They do catch what little dust I have when you dump your pellets in. I only use lumberjack pellets in my pit boss 1600 elite. My dog loves to smell everything!

It is a good size container. It holds a full bag of pellets without a glut of dead space or being filled to the absolute brim. The basket is sturdy and allows the dust to separate from the pellets, making a lot less of a mess in the hopper.
The handle of the bucket feels flimsy, but I have had no issues with it. The included scoop is a good size for getting into the hopper if needed. It is a little small if you are using it to fill the hopper from the bucket/basket.

Quality product, mainly because of the metal mesh basket inside. The bucket is a black, square version of a Lowe’s bucket. Lid seals well with tabs on all 4 sides. Lift out metal mesh basket is the main reason I bought this bucket. It helps to sift out the dust from your pellets before pouring them into your smoker hopper. Bucket comes with an orange scoop. I feel this pellet storage solution is a tad overpriced! I’ve bought one. I would be tempted to buy several more, if they were discounted some… but I probably won’t be buying any more at $40 each, after seeing it in person. A better and more realistic price would be closer to $30-34 each max. And that’s only because you’re getting the mesh basket and scoop.

This product works as designed albeit a bit expensive. I do like the screen insert which helps filter out the dust which I do not like in my smoker. I have a competing product which is a well known brand but its quality cannot match this one. The Oklahoma Joes went thru a major thunderstorm and my pellets were nice and dry. The competing brand one didn't and I lost almost 20 lbs of pellets.
To me, the Oklahoma Joes is a life line, I do not have the time to rig up my own.
I recommend this product to anyone who wants this type of tool in their Smoker Arsenal. You wont regret it. Disregarding the price i had no hesitation in giving it 5 stars

This is a very well made and thought out product, which is expected from a well known BBQ manufacturer. It perfectly fits a 9kg bag of pellets and keeps them nice and sealed. Comes with a nice sized scoop but the best part is the basket. Once you load up the pellets, you can shake the basket to sift any loose dust before you store the pellets.

It is annoying that you can't get these in Australia as the price point is quite high buying through Amazon US.
