Clean with magic erasers, use flat laces

These shoes tend to pick up dirt where they bend. The best way to clean them is with magic erasers (melamine foam), they'll look brand new when you're done.

If you're going to replace the laces, use flat ones like the ones that come with it. Round ones will make them squeak.

Stiff and Tongue is Too Large

Beware, I knew theses were the non leather version when I bought them. However, theses are stiffer than I expected and the tongue is very large and throws off the classic style and balance of the original Stan Smith’s. If you are looking for leather and better styling with a smaller tongue then try the Luxe all leather version, more expensive but worth it in my opinion for styling, classic appearance and overall all appeal.
