This is amazing value per money for someone who needs an everyday bag to carry minimal amount of stuff that is not too heavy (I have migraine so I hate heavy stuffy bags that cut into my shoulder).

My keys, phone, wallet and even pepper spray fit. I grab it when running errands, when taking kido to the playground... anywhere really. I even wore it to the ballet during day time event as it looked more dressy without the shoulder bag and went well with more casual but dressy day time look.
The chain strap I found too tacky. Couldn't figure out where to wear it.

I loved it so much that ordered in 2 colors black and cream-white. Cream-white will be great for summer outfits.

I purchased two Coach purses from Amazon. Coach Polished Pebbled Leather Cassie Crossbody 19 and same in Black. Both have an extra strap that is long and leather. Both fall off while I am walking. I contacted Coach twice - the first time they ignored my email. The second time I contacted Coach, they told me that they could not help me unless I drove into the store or if I mailed the purse back. I would NOT buy this purse again. BEWARE of this purchase. It’s an expensive purse but not functional.

This is a gorgeous bag. Love the blue grey color. Perfect size for day to night. And it’s Coach, so I feel like I can count on the quality being great (it looks like it will hold up well).
BUT!!!! It was meant to come with three straps. The short handle and the long cross body straps are here. But the shoulder chain strap is not. I’m less likely to want to use the shoulder chain, so I’m going to keep this, but it really should have come with all three straps included.
