Love the Idea of the Pan, but Rust too easy!
Bought this pan for mostly water. I keep water in it while I smoke my foods to help keep moist. Never used Pan, until today but kept it under the Smoker with a Cover and noticed the Rust. Was pretty disappointed as I've never used before. Love the idea of the Pan and will continue to use it, but needs better Paint / Powder Coating to help prevent from rusting.

I did not check to see if it fit in my grill, but it did not fit in my oven. I ended up purchasing the Mauviel 15.75" Paella Pan which works better for my needs. If you can handle the size, this pan is a steal at half the price.

I wanted to like this product. The pellet grill I put it on is great, but this griddle needs some work.

Maybe I got a lemon, but as soon as I opened it I had to clean some kind of residue off, and there was a hint of rust but I ignored it. Within minutes of the grill getting to temp, the griddle was warping in the heat, with the center rising high enough that all the oil and grease I was trying to use to season it would run off to the side.

The first time I cooked on it, I cooked a pound of bacon, and while it didn't get stuck, the same thing happened. All the bacon in the center had the fat drain away from it towards the edge.

And then the rust came. I treated it by rinsing it out with water and scrubbing out any food particles, and left a coating of oil on it, and set it inside. Didn't use it for a month, and now there's rust spots everywhere. I gave up on it. But hey, it cooked well once, kind of.
