The fabric is thin but the navy blue pjs that I ordered are not sheer. They feel silky against the skin and "slide" against the sheets. I ordered a size up because I like pjs to be a bit loose. These are roomy but the waist is a bit snugger than I hoped but still comfortable. I am 5'8" and the pants are a perfect full length. They have been machine washed and machine dried and look like new. I would order again.

Don't know how many pair of these pajamas I have had - but they hold up well, fit better than vanitiyfair (VF seems made smaller) Color holds up better than other brands too. VF faded like around neck with night sweats :-( These have not faded.
