    The lower adaptors fit the mesa car seat and bassinet ONLY. Will work just fine if you plan on putting the car seat or bassinet at the bottom, however I purchased thinking it would fit my toddler seat. I purchased upper adapters for the car seat which does work with the car seat, bassinet or toddler seat. Turns out that if you want to make a double stroller and don’t want toddler on the top and car seat on the bottom, you will need 1) a RUMBLE seat (different from toddler seat which came with the stroller) and 2) lower Rumble seat adapters. You will then be able to have baby on top and toddler on the bottom.

    Great quality and fairly simple to use. I bought without first opening the rumble seat box (which comes with its own adapters) and this lower adapter does not work with the rumble seat or with the toddler seat - so the lower “level” has to be either the rumble seat (with its own adapters), car seat or bassinet. Didn’t do the research beforehand but will be keeping nonetheless to have the configuration options.

    These attachments work great. Just a reminder for parents you don't need these lower attachements for uppa rumbleseat.

    In fact the rumbleseat can't attach when these are on and you have to swap them out!

    HOWEVER, do take note of what they were designed to do before you purchase them. These lower adapters are ONLY usable with the Mesa and the bassinet. They are missing a groove that is necessary to accept the toddler seat. I repeat, they will NOT accept the toddler seat.

    ADDITIONALLY, the only way these adapters can be used to is with the upper adapters. They are COMPLETELY USELESS unless you have both sets of adapters (well, I suppose they could still be used if you left the top attachment point unused and just wanted your infant closer to the ground whilst you strolled...)

    I'm not sure why these are sold separately from the also required upper adapters. Just make sure you get those too if you need them. I suspect that most people do not, and will never, need these, particularly on their own.

    So it’s easy to put this together into the stroller. But it’s not until I realized I also need to get the upper adapter to put the seat on the upper level. The lower adapter isn’t enough to put two seats in the stroller. The stroller itself already costs 1k and now I need pay more for attachments. If I knew this from beginning I would’ve never purchase this stroller set. Do not recommend!! Also the parts are so flimsy- you can easily break it if I was doing it too hard. I already broke the part that keeps the stroller together when folded. That latch can be easily broken if you are not careful. So be careful when putting their parts together!
