This is a really nice and classic look from Casio. I like the unique globe image and time zone feature, even though I don't really use my watches for more than the current time. The resin watch band conforms well to even my skinny wrists, though it does pinch hairs. The band has an almost matte finish, not overly glossy like chrome. This may be a plus for some. Personally I think it goes well enough with my skin tone and wardrobe, so I don't mind.

Unfortunately, the watch is really light and feels cheaply made, specifically the band. I would gladly have paid twice the price if it had come with a gold metal band. The band does come off easily, though, so a replacement band is a relatively easy fix.

The backlight is a warm amber glow that emanates from the lefthand side of the watch face, instead of a glow-in-the-dark green or harsh white. The light lends itself to the retro feel of the watch for sure. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite watches, even over some that are nearly 10x the cost.
