1, Reason why I chose :
After trying non-genuine toner, print out quality was getting worse and worse. Tried cleaning head and performed alignment adjustment, but nothing worked. In HP printer utility, all toners were almost full. So, just to give it a try, I replaced one toner, them run alignment test again. New genuine toner showed perfect result. So, I bought genuine toners for rest of all other colors. So, I'm guessing that I shouldn't be using non-genuine toner...although they were working fine in the past year or so. Too bad, but I may get what I paid for.

Of course, I like the print out quality. For genuine toner, I'm assuming recycle return shipment of cartridge is included in the price.

People who are experiencing poor print out quality.
