Vise works great. Has angle markings around the base, but no marker. Even if there were a marker it would not be accurate because the bolt points are sloppy. However, with a little work and a clever jig, you can make it useful to better-than-eyeballing accuracy.

I've tried compensating for this cheaply made Chinese turd, and no matter how hard I try, I really just can't overcome its failings. Even in the world of cheap Chinese Kurt clones, the word "premium" is supposed to mean more than what this vise delivers. I hate it. I despise it. I would love to melt it down and cast it into something useful.

This place has seen much abuse from me and still clamps down with precision. They did not skip out on the amount of material. This Vice is very heavy!!

It's a good vise for the money. If I was a pro I'd probably buy something else but since I'm only a hobbyist it's more than enough.
It's on the large size for my small milling machine (Craftex B2229) and I've had to make my own slot blocks since the ones that came with the vise were too big.
The casting on my vise is good and the jaws are straight.
